Suds is the mechanical robot who cleans and stores all of the clothing at Scrubby's dry cleaners. When Milo and his friends want to go on a role-play adventure, it's Suds who helps them get there. Within his seemingly limitless storage area he can bring forth an equally limitless number of uniforms, outfits and accessories for Milo, Lofty and Lark to wear (outfits that people never came to collect, but Suds looks after them anyway, just in case). Suds occasionally gets a bit mixed up when Mr. Milo has been napping instead of looking after him, resulting in some funny-looking outfits for Milo, Lofty or Lark. Suds always tells tales on Mr. Milo whenever he's taking a nap, and sleeping on the job!
